SAN DIEGO, CA – January 24, 2022 – AnaBios is pleased to announce the hiring of Takashi Hayashi as Business Development Director in Japan. Hayashi has more than 30 years of professional experience at Contract Research Organizations (CROs); over 25 years of research and business experience in non-clinical studies from in vitro rodents to non-human primates; and over 15 years of research and business experience in clinical trials of pharma/biotech products and health/functional foods. Hayashi & Associates is presently involved in: 1) business development consulting, 2) sales of medical imaging and cardiac safety testing for clinical trials, and 3) sales of an artificial intelligence-based analytical solutions and adaptive platform for clinical trials and medical affairs.
Previously, Hayashi served as Director of Business Development and Key Accounts in Asia-Pacific at BioTel Research (now Philips BioTel Research) a research division of BioTelemetry, Inc. Prior to BioTel Research, he held senior management positions at Ina Research Inc., a leading Japanese CRO, as well as serving as the President & Chief Operating Officer at its Philippine subsidiary, INA RESEARCH PHILIPPINES, INC.
Takashi holds a BSc in Life Science from the Tokyo College of Medico-Pharmaco Technology in Japan, and Pacific Western University in Hawaii. Currently, he is a part-time researcher at the Department of Pharmacology, School of Medicine in Toho University in Japan. He is the founder & CEO of Hayashi & Associates, LLC, which provides business-matching services between Japanese/Asia-Pacific (J-APAC) and overseas markets for the life sciences industry.
